Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [e.g., 5-7] business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within [e.g., 2-3] business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day (for orders placed before [e.g., 12 PM EST]).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 07 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@zulfenoor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box address with your selected carrier, we will contact you for an alternative shipping address.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@zulfenoor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package.
